Future cruise certificates

I now don’t seem to be getting emails from Azamara, even though I am the family member who books the cruises. DH got it though and forwarded it to me as he doesn’t know from FCCs - lol

We have three FCC's and received three generic emails extending the sail by date to 30 April 2022 or 18 months after cancellation, whichever is longer.

The new date is a four month extension on our originals which had "to be used for a sailing that commences on or before 31 December 2021."

 

Not one of those emails quotes a specific reference number for an individual cruise/FCC.

Do you have a TA you could sort this out with, Trish? We have a couple of FCC too, but hope to have them used by the old expiration date.

We also hope to have used ours before the old expiry date.

 

I guess it would have been quite "labour intensive" to add specific details to every amendment notice sent out.

Our useless travel agent does not send out the certificates merely an email saying you have them. As we won’t be using them for any rebooking we will hopefully when that time comes be able to sort matters out directly with Azamara.

Ours doesn’t either. We got one directly from Azamara, but the other one was sitting with the TA, who didn’t bother to notify us. 😟
