I've been told that it's all tied in to their refund and cancellation process. Even though the sailings were all cancelled on a certain date they remain active in the system until they are physically cancelled and the refund process begins. If you are seeing your cancelled booking as active in the cruise planner that means that they have not yet begun the cancellation process. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
