Our cancellation letter for the April cruise said that we would be getting the 10% coupon, but it looks like we will not. I'm kinda in the same boat - but I used the first 10% coupon to book another cruise just before the 2nd one was cancelled, so didn't have any in my account at the same time. The latest cancelled cruise was through a TA so when I call NCL they tell me to call my TA, so I still need to do that to get it all straightened out.
