HAL Platinum Ins and Flight Ease

In a scenario of having HAL's Platinum Insurance and booking flights through Flight Ease, would the air expense be reimbursed at the same % as cruise fare in the event of a last minute cancellation?  I guess, that also raises the question of what about air fare if HAL cancels a cruise after final payment.

I've looked at HAL's website, and through CC postings, and can't find this addressed.

When I had to cancel with platinum insurance, it was refunded at 90% total combined cruise and air fare.
