Another passport question

I was told recently that a newly issued passport can sometimes raise questions. Going in April and many in our family group have gotten passports just in time for this trip. They will all be less than 3 months from issue date at the time of our trip.

 

Has anyone had any problems with new passports?

We didn't have any trouble with new passports, I can't imagine why that would be the case since you need to renew them every 10 years anyway and many cruiselines will tell you that if your passport will expire within 6 months of your cruise it's best to renew early.

we got our passports in aug of 2001 and traveled one week after 9/11 with our new passports. no trouble at all.

I don't know who told you about new passports, but that's not at all true. Thousands of people travel each year with new passports and there's never a problem. To be honest, I can't possibly imagine what kind of problem you could be hearing about.

With 18" for snow on the ground I am really looking forward to this trip. I just don't want anything to go wrong.
