Quantum of the Seas - Steam And Sauna - Are they Free

 Share

Recommended Posts

At best they have a thermal suite on Quantum. Royal Caribbean's newer builds since Oasis only have a paid, mixed-sex spa space with steam room/sauna facilities. They are relatively small and often not well laid out, at least on Oasis-type ships. Bathing suits are required in these thermal suite facilities. The last time we sailed on Allure, it was over $200 for a couple's pass for the 7-night cruise including the obligatory gratuity.

I have been on the Anthem which is the same layout as the Quantum. There is a for-fee co-ed Thermal Suite where there's a steam room and Infrared Sauna for both men and women,so a swim suit must be worn. There are also heated tile loungers for you to rest on. It's a very small area. The steam room is moderate size but the sauna is very small. There are no steam or saunas in either the men's or women's changing rooms. Just lockers, showers, toilets, lavatories.
