Does the Vaccine policy for UK 'seacations' effectively mean no one under 40 will be on board?

The vaccination requirement is from the cruise lines I believe. There is a thread somewhere on cc which details which cruise lines sailing from the U.K. require (adult) passengers to be vaccinated (most, in fact), though some are accepting  (unvaccinated) children under 18, and also whether the crew will be vaccinated.

A quick check: P&O, Princess, Cunard require vaccinated passengers. Celebrity is vaccinated adults and under 18 with a negative COVID test. Fred Olsen has no vaccination requirements at present but will review on April 12th.
