FCC question

Hi all 

 

I realize I’m not on my own but I’m after a bit of advice. We were due to cruise on the seaview from Rome on July 25th. 

 

we booked through an agent with a 400 pound deposit on our cabin  and 200 on my parent’s

 

im told that we may get our deposit back as 123% FCC? If so is this usable only on new bookings or can you knock money off another existing one? I’ve a couple of cruises booked from Miami next august and would just rather knock the FCC off the balance due on those ?

FCCs can only be used for new bookings (and can’t be combined if you have more than one from other cancelled/altered sailings).
