Crown Princess - deck 11, rear, has outside public space?

it looks to me like there is a door going out on either side of the back of the ship on Decks 10 and 11 on the Crown Princess.  Is it a public space or just crew?

Never mind, I see now that it's closed off.

We had cabin R749 (deck 14) on the Crown & the adjacent door which looks like on decks 10 & 11 was for crew only access (except in emergencies) to a stairway & we never heard a sound from there. 🙂

Just in case:  It's the emergency stairwell - goes all the way down to Promenade Deck 7.  When we had muster drills we used it to get down to the Vista lounge.
