Will look forward to trying. I am sure my cabana steward can point me in the right direction (or maybe even bring me one)! I generally eat sensible meals for breakfast and lunch on a cruise. I don’t drink high calorie drinks but have a nice dinner with dessert. I don’t snack. I walk between 10,000 to 15,000 steps per day and go to the gym. I still manage to gain at least 8 lbs on a two week cruise. Generally most of it stays with me long after the cruise. Somehow I’ve managed to gain about 8 pounds in the last 6 months even though I eat pretty darn healthy and keep cutting things out on my diet. It’s very frustrating.

The whole weight thing in general is such a bummer. The fact it goes up so easily but doesn't go down just as easily is a total scam! 1
