To me embarkation is the first time we board the ship.

After that we're reboarding.

Keep in mind, they let you bring on more wine when you reboard at the various stops.

Of course the rule does not mention reboarding, so we would like to put a favorable interpretation that it is OK.  But until cruises start again, we will not know.

 

CCL does not allow any liquids to be brought on board at port stops. They even make you throw away a CCL bottle of water that you took off of the ship with you.
