Hi- On a L&S are we responsible if they increase the taxes?

And port fees

Only the base fare is price protected.  That means that if taxes and port fees increase, you have to pay the difference, but if they actually decrease (one of our L&S cruises actually did this), then the port fees and taxes are lowered and you pay less.
