We were last in a royal suite.  As stated before, only soft goods were replaced.  Some changes include the "beginning" of a suite deck.  However, when we last sailed, it had no small pool or hot tube.  No bar and was so hot, it was unbearable being on the deck.  While they offered waiter and bartender service- the heat made it really impossible to enjoy.  Hopefully, it will be more like the edge when the renovations are completed.  The suite lounge was also redone-

It would be great if they handed it back for the general use of all guests who frequented it without whingeing about the heat, as did we on many cruises!

 We are concerned about melanoma and leathery skin, so we aren't sun worshipers.  You can gladly have my spot!
