RCCI excursion: Aruba Highlights & Eagle Beach

Listed with a 4 hour duration... how much time is actually allocated for Eagle Beach? What facilities, including food, are available there?

in 2016 we went to the butterfly farm on our own, and then just crossed the street and went to the hotel's beach (free) in the Eagle beach area. It was wonderful. We were told that all the beaches were public and therefore free, and the loungers were free as well.

We don't buy food or drinks, but I think waiters were available on the beach closer to the hotel.
