Royal Up Bid to Junior Suite

Tried to search past topics about this but wasn’t able to find an answer.  If you win a bid to move up to a Junior Suite on ships that have Coastal Kitchen, are you allowed to dine there at dinner time?  I’ve booked Junior Suites before and have dined at Coastal Kitchen on Anthem - just wondered if it’s available when original booking wasn’t a Junior Suite.

Pre COVID, yes.

In the past any and all benefits of the class suite you move up to are included.
