Checking on refund status

Is there  way to check on refund status without having to keep calling RCI?  Maybe somehow online?

No, you have to call them.  The latest message I got was it would be a 60 minute wait on hold so I hung up.  I've been waiting since March 9 for a refund they told me I would have in 30-45 days.  Still waiting.

One way to check is to check the credit card that was used to see if any refunds appear.  So far, I have not heard of anything else other than calling.
