Seabourn changed itinerary

I was originally scheduled for a 14 day on the Sojourn October 9th, 2021 in and out of Barcelona. I now have a new booking number and a changed itinerary. Now embarking in Athens and ends in Barcelona. The first 7 days have changed from the French Riviera to a 7 day Greek cruise. As much as I love Greece, we have been to the ports on the first 7 days at least three times.  This happened several weeks ago. We have no interest in the new itinerary. Word we are getting from TA and Seabourn is that we have to wait until July 8th before we cancel. What options has Seabourn given in the past when a new itinerary changed dramatically. It’s unfortunate we could not cancel when the original changed was presented. Another 60 plus wait for a refund. Has Seabourn ever given a lift and shift similar to Celebrity for the same itinerary.?
