If you click on the FAQ link on the registration form, it tells you that the M&M event registrations are now paused.  It may accept your submission just in case things change.

Hi all:

 

I've been in contact with Royal Caribbean and yes, the official Meet & Mingle parties for Cruise Critic members have been paused and will resume in 2022.  There won't be any parties on board during 2021.

Maybe you can use some influence to get them to make the event a little more interesting.  Lately they are really nothing more than a raffle.

The Meet and Mingle is not working for Azamara cruises although some people on our Meet and Mingle have been able to register

No m&m yet. I doubt if they will be back. 

On my recent Wonder cruise we didn’t even make the 25 person requirement on the CC RC whereas on the Book there were 380 members.
