Help Princess App

Hi we are having a nightmare with the app, we cannot put in an emergency contact number, I understand that we complete it as though we are dealing from USA, ie 44 then the number, but the app will not accept this and won’t let us go any further. Any ideas/advice gratefully received

After you have put in the 44 and go to input your mobile number. You need to leave off the nought at the beginning. Hope this helps.

Hi thanks all, yes we knew to leave off the 0 on the area code, still wouldn’t work, just clears the number fields. Tried about 10 times with no luck

Im in the same boat, seems an app update came out recently, hopefully that will fix it.

They appear to have made it worse, the emergency contact page is now just a blank white screen.

Lol, better hope we don’t need Princess to call anyone then, I assume we could update our details either at the port or onboard?

My travel agent told me to ring Princess in the end as she couldnt update anything either!

I had trouble with it to start with but now managed it , after putting +44 move across to the right and about half way along then click then put mobile number in with the 0 as normal hope this helps
