Okay, maybe I didn't put all the required info on my request.  Can y'all tell me what all identifying info you put in your's?  I'll try again with whatever I need to put on there.

Hopefully your cruise isn't right away? They might be triaging the responses based on cruise dates.

Also that makes me think they have given out ALOT of casino deals.

When you go to the website it has a section that you need to fill out. You just need to fill out all the required boxes.

If you leave any boxes empty that means you haven't given them all the info needed.

I am booked on the on us package. And they told me no drinks the first night and also not anywhere else on the ship.  Except the casino  floor.  Im on board right  now.

Are you actively playing - in all cases, to get the comped/covered drinks?

Some times i got one before playing.  But since none allowed the first night. There is play recorded in the system.  But all i had to go through the server on the floor.  Its very annoying really. Long wait times.

This is true however if had this same type of promo on RC and it was much better and you can use it at the casino bar also.

I thought that the "Free Drinks While in the Casino" meant actually playing at a machine or table.

So getting rid of the casino bar means you can't walk up to the bar and get a free drink with the "Free Drinks While in the Casino" because it's actually "free drinks while playing at a machine or table while in the casino."

 

The long lines sounds frustrating 😞

My first Carnival cruise I got the Bottomless Bubbles package but then got enough points at the casino for free drinks at the casino.

I thought it was great cause the 1-2 alcohol drinks I have a day I would get from the casino.

Until I found out you have to be playing.

And when you are in port the casino is closed.

 

It was not a good deal.

Yes there is a casino bar however will not honor the "on us " booking. Which sucks because getting a floor server is very frustrating i had  only 3 drinks all day yesterday

That is what I am saying. The Drinks on Us at the Casino is when you are playing. You can't just walk up to the bar and order a drink.

I am sure people have had that happen in the past but I found out my first Carnival cruise.

 

That is why I know the drinks on us while playing in the casino isn't a good deal because you have to be playing in the casino, find a bartender, and get them to come back with a drink.

I may have done that on my NCL cruise when I had free drinks in the casino as well. 🙂

OK, apparently I booked under code FJ7

* UP TO a suite cabin

* $500 in Freeplay

* Free drinks anywhere

 

So, was previously able to secure a Cloud 9 Balcony Cabin, offering free all time access to the thermal suite.

 

Nothing higher available.....I'm good with that. 

 

Now, I did buy a bubbles package that I no longer need. I asked if it can go to shipboard credit or not, said "No" cancel online and card would be credited. Said it was much faster and easier.

You just have to be near a machine. They wont check your playing it. I got many drinks after I played
