Any Princess cruisers booked before the new "onboard credit" promotion?

We booked a cruise for 2023 the day it came on sale around 6 weeks ago.

I was on Princess site today and see they are running an OBC promo, which on my cruise and cabin type it would be $125 per person.

Have any of you guys managed to get your booking changed to include the OBC? $125pp is a good chunk of money.

Would be worth phoning to ask.

Another possibility might be to use your one chance only “change to booking ‘, at £100 admin fee per booking..you would still come out on top.

They wont talk to me as I booked through a travel agent and he isnt back in work until tomorrow.

Just thought I'd see if anyone has been successful so as he can be armed with info before he calls.

They told us we had to cancel and rebook. As we have a category which is sold out they said once we cancel we would lose our cabin and it would go to the first person on the wait list. For us it was $200 and parking at the port. So we have had to give it a miss. Very annoying.
