Ellaleah Posted July 31, 2021 #1 Share Posted July 31, 2021 Is the only difference between Chacchoben Mayan Ruins $85.99, 4 hours and Exclusive VIP Chacchoben Drive $119.99, 3.5 hours that the second is private for you and your group? Has anyone done the Chacchoben Mayan Ruins & Blue Lagoon $129.99, 6.5 hours? Any thoughts on Kohunlich Mayan Ruins $119.99, 6 hours? We have over a year so I’m hoping things will be a bit easier then. This will be our 1 “Ruins” tours and I’d appreciate any thoughts. Thank you.
HarborHermit Posted October 22, 2021 #2 Share Posted October 22, 2021 Thanks for the question. There is a bubble tour that is new, and another tour that has a lot of reviews, but the bubble tour is $2 cheaper. Carnival uses the same photo for both, so I was wondering if it is actually the same tour, or do you get to wander around for the extra $2. 😉
Rare crewsweeper Posted October 22, 2021 #3 Share Posted October 22, 2021 For any Mayan ruins tours in Costa Maya, highly recommend using Native Choice, versus any cruise ship tours. Excellent guides, smaller groups. Good vehicles. If you are looking at a "bubble tour" because unvaxxed persons in your party, you can ask them. Carnival has made it very clear that unvaxxed passengers are only allowed to do THEIR bubble tours.
