Policies are changing every day, even for the adults. Countries close their borders to even the vaccinated. Consider Israel, that was 90% vaccinated, now has a COVID surge with the Delta variant. They are refusing vaccinated foreigners. Hold all vacations and cruises lightly in your hand.
