Post cruise booking incentive

Before the pandemic Carnival used to offer guests returning from a cruise a special offer to book another cruise , do any  guest that have recently returned from a cruise on Carnival know if they are still doing this ?

We got back from the Breeze on July 24 and had an email offer waiting when I woke up the next morning. and guess what? I actually used it and booked another short cruise on the Breeze for October 7th with my daughters.
