Doesn't work on desk top or navigator app. Does not give me much confidence in HAL's ability to handle any situation concerning the COVID should it arise on my upcoming cruise. I would try to call HAL directly and see if they have a solution. Not everyone has a computer, and HAL is aware, so there my be an alternative way to submit your paperwork.
