However, although I haven't read it, like a Covid test it is only valid for that moment.  Things change so fast now, tomorrow or next month who knows what will be the accurate answer.

You could as an  alternative always have updated travel restrictions for EU countries, when you download an app called Re-Open EU....

FYI: Germany just added the USA as a "High Risk" country and the designation will take effect in the next 12-24hrs.  Its likely the EU will do the same in near future.  The practical impact of that designation is quarantine (unless vaccinated).  Anyone coming to the EU, I suggest they do their due diligence.  I agree with TrumpyNor's suggestion.  If you make into the EU... use this link for travel.
