Sharing OBC

I booked 2 separate reservations, one for my wife and myself, and one for friends (I am paying). Second room's price dropped and we got OBC. Can we somehow share the funds for both linked reservations? I know we can just have friends "pay" for drinks or excursions or services but it would be easier if we could use sea passes from either room.

You can move it around or split it if you go to Guest Services. Before you spend any of it! If you have already dipped in to it using whatever Seapass card, it becomes more difficult.
