Shore excursions brochure link

Hi,

 

Does anyone have a working link to download a shore excursions brochure? I tried to download several different ones yesterday and each time it said "there is no voyage for this ship and sailing date".  I know I've put the dates in correctly so I'm not sure why it won't let me access it?

 

Or does anyone know a reason they are not making them available at present?

I just typed the terms "excursion brochure" in the RCI search bar and the first entry was for the below link.  It did list my upcoming cruise...

Thanks for your reply - it might be my device in that case as it still says there are no voyages 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ll try another! 😀

Hi again,

I’m still struggling to view any shore excursion brochures despite having tried on multiple devices! Is anyone able to post a link to the excursion brochure for Anthem of the Seas, 15th May 2022, Norwegian Fjords from Southampton?

I have been getting that message to when I try to access the brochure for my Vision of the Seas sailing in August 2022. 

 

Just tried to go on to the Royal Caribbean main site and got the "Access Denied" message so I would say chalk it up to the funky IT that seems to plague Royal.

Ah I see - thank you for letting me know! They’re not going to sell many excursions that way! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have same problem.  I emailed RC about it a month ago and no reply so I went onto their instant chat service.  The guy said 'It's changing so often they can't keep it up to date which is odd as the cruise planner app works OK (so if you are booked try the app, works for my 2022 cruise).  In my case I explained that I'm not booking an Oct 21 UK cruise unless I can see the excursions 1st as they currently won't allow kids off in port if not on an excursion.

 

They suggested I try this email address:

shorex@rccl.com

 

But no reply from them yet either over a week!

Still you could give it a try?

I get "bad request" so I'm guessing the brochure isn't available.

Thanks for your reply - yes they sent me that email address too so I asked them and I was told the brochure isn’t ready yet and to keep trying! I think I’m just too eager! 😎😎
