This is after a TA cruise and arrives in Port Canaveral on the 14th to start Caribbean cruises. If the CSO expires on October 31 then there is no issue, but with the Delta variant now flaring up across the entire US I do believe it will be extending in some form. Right now it says no passengers onboard for 14 days when not US based and a test cruise. So either they cancel a few sailings and the TA or the first 3 minimum cruises from the US will be cancelled.
