Premium coffees vs Specialty coffees with Drink Package

Hello new to Celebrity but not cruising. I have a Classic drink package as a perk it shows premium coffees and just the word juices where on the Premium drink package it says premium coffees and premium juices. I have been told by Celebrity that to get the 8 non alcoholic Specialty coffees from  Café Al Bacio They are Affogato , Caffe Shakerato, Espresso al Frutti di Bosco, Espresso Croccante, Espresso Caraibico, Espresso Melba, Ice Bianco, IGLU.I would have to upgrade to the Premium Drink Package or the Premium Non Alcoholic Drink package , I plan on downgrading to the Premium Non Alcoholic Package because  I don't drink and I prefer the smoothies that are included from Aqua Spa Cafe. So my question is did Celebrity advise me correctly ? Thanks in advance for your input

This isn’t always easy to accomplish.  First do not order anything on your card.  Go to Guest Relations and ask to downgrade.  It may be allowed or it may be denied. 
 

if you have ordered even a single drink, expect the request to be denied.
