     I have a cruise that is scheduled to leave on October 16th.  I have paid in full.  What is the latest day I can cancel?   I don’t mind getting FCC.  Thanks

Seriously, you need to contact who you booked the cruise through.

They are the only ones that can administer what needs to happen, not the opinion of this board, or get a lawyer.  Just saying and fell for you!
