Christmas Day in St. Croix

Drake, thank you for being the man with all the answers!  We just booked a cruise that will have its first port day in St. Croix - on Christmas Day (2021).  I read elsewhere you said that due to the scarcity of ships recently, exceptions were being made regarding places being open on Sundays.  December 25 is actually a Saturday, but I would think even more of a "day of rest" for most.  We're considering Sand Castle (I'm assuming that they'll be open, as they'll have guests staying there?) Leatherback Brewing, and the Captain Morgan Distillery.  What are your thoughts on whether or not we'll be able to visit any or all, and will there be plenty of taxi drivers looking to work that day?

Thank you in advance.
