Edge Class Sky suite tub/shower

For those who have cruised in a sky suite on the Edge or Apex, how high is the tub you have to step over to enter  the combo tub/shower in the bath and is there a hold bar to grab while climbing in or out and hold onto if the ship is moving.  Thanks.
