New Year's Eve into 2019 on Insignia in Aruba, quite a few folks dressed up more, many did not. CD had lots of party hats and noisemakers available, many bar venues on board had something going on (live music, snacks) plus there was lots of activity on the outside decks (where many of us watched the amazing fireworks show that is Aruba for New Year's).
