Booking Confirmation PDF?

Good morning,

 

A couple of days ago I booked a Celebrity cruise, but didn't receive a booking confirmation PDF. I tried calling them twice but I was either on hold forever or got disconnected. I know Royal has an automated request via phone, but apparently Celebrity doesn't.

 

Any tips on how I can get my cruise confirmation? Thanks.

It should show in the website once you login to your account.

I logged in, but I don't see it. Under "Manage Reservation" I can edit bed configuration, etc. and make a payment, but I don't see a link to the confirmation.

You can get an automated booking confirmation by calling 888 307-8413, not sure of which option it is.

When you call, go to the option for already booked and then booked directly and then at one point there is an option to use the automated system to get a confirmation.

Hey guys, found this old thread. 

Guess the # has changed. Right now only option is to leave a voicemail... And main # telling me they are closed. Although it's after 7am...

The # quoted above is for those with a dedicated vacation planner.

 

Edit:  I just called 888 307-8413 and it gave me the option to receive a PDF. 

 

Maybe the system is having problems.  Try calling the main number and follow the options.   1-888-751-7804

Thanks, will try later. Currently saying it's closed... Maybe because of president's day... Strange that automated system is off on holiday as well... 😂

Both numbers worked for me just now.  But first time trying I had a female voice with different options.
