How fast are you getting refunds from HAL?

My refund took about 4 weeks.  Longer than my last one but I suspect it was slowed up by the complications of a transferred cruise (replacement) for the same one and cancellation of my previous booking.

Has anyone who was on Zuiderdam cruises that HAL cancelled had any refunds back to their original form of payment yet--it's been a couple of weeks, and I was told it should be about 30 days.

 

 

 

 

I was on one of the Zuiderdam California coastal cruises where the ship changed to the  Koningsdam and they changed the date. Original sail was October 16 and it moved to October 10 - a date that I absolutely can't manage. 

 

I got the bulk of my refund within a week after I called but used the chat feature to request the rest -- about $400. It took them about two weeks.
