Royal App question

I tried to search, I really did.  Here and on RCCLs site.

We are traveling with kids, don't want the internet but would like to use the Royal App messaging feature.  Does everyone need their own RCCL account to do this?  Do I just log everyone in as me?  Trying to get it all set up before we leave Saturday! TIA!!!

I think that's true for anyone that wants to use independently. You can't set it up before being connected to the ship's wifi.

It's been my understanding that the APP works for free on the ships WiFi.  You don't have to purchase the wifi to use the app.  You will have to let us know!

The app works for free, but the messaging feature doesn't

Messaging was $1.99 per day (per person) on independence a few weeks back. 
 

can all be setup on the ship. 
 

remember airplane mode do you don’t get charged for any surprise calls!

Thank you. For now I’ll just download the app onto all the phones and hope we can make it all happen onboard
