Why Can't I Find My Booking?

My January cruise has disappeared from my cruises on the my Carnival website page. I have a booking number but I can't find anywhere on the site where I can search by booking number.  I don't have hours to sit on the phone calling and waiting for a response and thought someone else my have (or had) the same issue and could help???

It happens sometimes.  Simply re-enter your Booking# and your last name and it will repopulate.  Just a little software issue.

Was it on the Glory out of New Orleans 1/23/2022?  That cruise has been cancelled!!!

The Carnival website is showing the Glory out of NOLA is sailing that date:

Yep, confirmed. Glory is headed into an available drydock slot, seemingly for 2 weeks. Opportunity to reschedule into another cruise, price protected with a $100 compensation credit per cabin.  Obviously full refunds are available as well.
