Regal Princess R317 vs L210 Opinions please

These two cabins and balconies would be the same. It's all about location. R317 is in a nice easy to find location convenient to the forward stairs and elevators. L210 has cabins below, but sits directly below the Retreat Pool. Of course L210 should be less expensive than R317, MF vs MB.

Thank you.  I was concerned about noise form the Retreat as far as furniture movement, etc.  We normally stay several decks lower and were wondering about movement as we cross the Atlantic.  We have had some rough crossings!  I love 'em. wife hates 'em!
