Cheers not available to purchase

I purchased Bottomless Bubbles for my son a few days ago. I went in today to buy the Cheers package for myself and get an error, the thing is that I have not purchased a drink package for myself.  Has anyone else had this issue? I really do not want to call Carnival and stay on hold for an hour to purchase it if I do not have to : All the guests have either purchased a Cheers! or Bottomless Bubbles package

**edit I am able to purchase it for my Mardi Gras cruise next year, so is it a site issue or a glitch in my  account. I will try again in a few weeks

It happened yesterday and day before,  as well. Would a website issue last this long? Oh well, I'll wait a week or two and try again. I have time.  Thanks!

So, I called Carnival and apparently if you book Bottomless Bubbles online before Cheers,  the website glitches out and won't let you purchase another drink package.  They added it over the phone. Just an FYI if this happens to anyone else.
