Possible need to cancel/question abt extras

Hi all, I unfortunately may need to cancel our Dec 23 sailing aboard the Norweigan Escape.  I did buy the travel insurance and the final payment has not come due.

Since I didn’t anticipate this I bought specialty dining and a drinks package.  
Would that be refunded by NCL, the travel insurance or no one?

 

I hate that I am acting like a worry wart.  I feel irritable around my daughters.

Mp - Specialty Dining and Drinks Packages should be refunded by NCL since you have not sailed yet or hit final payment. BUT you need to call NCL on that one, right away to be sure, since you are not in final payment yet.
