Hello everyone and good morning. Welcome to DAY 1 of “LIVE” from Oasis of the Seas. I am currently enjoying a freshly brewed cup of delicious coffee at the Café Promenade on Deck 5.  Yes, I am already on the ship as I am doing my first consecutive cruise. That’s how Royal Caribbean says it, but most passengers just say B2B. I have to meet with about 110 other passenger on B2B in the Royal Theater by 8:30am.

We should be escorted to the passenger terminal around 9-9:15. Then it should be back to the ship after we meet with immigration, and receive our new Sea Pass cards.

I am in the same cabin, so I won’t have to move luggage, clothes, or the Radio Pressroom. There will be a Consecutive Cruiser lunch in the MDR at noon. All arriving passengers should be boarding by 11:30am.

Yes, we are doing the same itinerary, so I will be seeing Port Canaveral, Perfect Day at CocoCay, and Nassau once again. I will also attempt to see some things on board that I missed during week 1.

My next post should be after sail away later this afternoon. Sit back, relax and have some coffee (or tea). This will be a very fun week on Oasis of the Seas.

Is a another Covid test required for B2B cruisers ?  Where and how is that done ?

All consecutive cruisers will receive a letter in their cabin on day or three Wed or Thurs that will explain how to get signed up for the test. Attest was a quick covid antigen test. My test was at 9:00 a.m. . I received my negative results at 1:00 p.m.

Thanks much.  Sounds very easy.  As long as it's negative anyway.  LOL

This may sound like a stupid question but what did you do while you were waiting for the result?  Were you already checked in and allowed back onboard for the second sailing, or did you have to wait in the terminal for the negative result before you could re-board?

It looks pretty foggy in Port!  Is Sail Away at 5:00, Radio?

It's supposed to be at 5:00 but we are still at Cape Liberty. I'm not sure what the holdup is.

All lines are still secured. All of the line handlers are just chilling like a villain. Something is holding up Oasis of the Seas for sail away at this time.

The line handlers are just waiting

We are still tied to the pier securely

It seems like the sun is trying to come out even for just a little bit.

Mark - what type of bracelet/tracelet do you have to wear?  Joining the ship next Sunday when you get off.  Thanks for taking the time to report on your adventures. Katherine

No bracelets, no tracelets. Passengers who are vaccinated are required to wear a thick satin type ribbon on their wrist.
