Hotel stay prior to cruise, is quarantining required upon arrival?

We are on the Windstar cruise just ahead of yours, disembarking on the 28th.  Our plan is to arrive in St Martin a few days ahead of the cruise.

From what I can read at the travel requirements website (https://stmaartenehas.com/travel-requirements/), it does not appear that there's a need for quarantine provided you are vaccinated, have a negative covid test in the proper window and are "approved" by completing the application at the linked site.  You will need to buy insurance ($15/person) as part of the application proces.

I hope this helps.
