Pay in Full before Final Payment Deadline - price adjustment after?

If I pay in full prior to the final payment deadline and the cruise goes down in price, will I get a refund of the difference if I call to get a price adjustment?  Or would it act like after final payment and they would provide me with OBC instead?

OBC if within final payment date, refund if not.

 

This also holds true for the adjusted final payment dates of 30 days.  I had a cruise where I made final payment with the original final payment date, and since they changed it to 30 days afterwards, and there was a price adjustment at about 50 days out, they refunded the difference opposed to an OBC, since it was still outside of the new 30 day date.

You can currently get OBC up to 48 hours prior to sail date. Unless the policy recently changed.
