What time does terminal open and check in start?   Also was told to flag someone down for my special needs son to be able to wait in not so crowded area.  Anyone know if I am supposed to flag down someone in particular?

In the past when I had someone in our group that was wheelchair bound a porter out front got all our docs together and got our entire 12 person group to follow him with the chair.  He bypassed all the lines to get us on the ship.  That was pre-covid but might be similar today,.
