Landing Benefits Preference

I just noticed what seems to be a new category of preference for "Landing Benefits".  I cannot find any information as to what this "perk" consists of.  Can someone enlighten me.  We are due to leave in a few days.

Whoops, I just called Seabourn and they told me this was put in as a "placeholder" and does not really exist at all.  So much for that!

There’s a Sun City outside of Charlotte??  We are in Sun City by Hilton Head…

There is a Sun City right outside of the Ballantyne section of Charlotte, right after you cross over the South Carolina border.  We have about 3300 homes. It is in Indian Land, SC (Sun City Carolina Lakes).
