Replacing Old Medallion app info with new cruise info

Well had my cruise cancelled so I now have to delete info on the Medallion App and input new info for the new cruise tey have arranged for me. All monetar amounts paid and owe nothing. Please help me to delete app. Thank you.

You can delete/remove the MC App from your device just like any other App.  However, that isn't going to remove your data since that is stored on Princess servers.  The App is simply a connection to your data via the internet when you provide the correct login credentials.

 

The new cruise will appear in MC App after a day or two when the data is sync'd from the reservation system (POLAR).  Some have reported it takes a while for some old voyages to disappear.  Hopefully, it is before the original sail date.  If you have problems with access to new booking, contact Princess.

To get to your new cruise booked, you should be able to click on your avatar on the top left corner of your home page on the Medallion app.  On the left hand side of the new screen that opens (in blue under My Journeys) should be the cruises that you have booked.  Just touch on the one that you want to look at, then close the page by the X at the top right corner.  Once you close the page, the cruise you chose should be available for modifications or viewing.
