Steelers36 Posted October 18, 2021 #2 Share Posted October 18, 2021 You can delete/remove the MC App from your device just like any other App. However, that isn't going to remove your data since that is stored on Princess servers. The App is simply a connection to your data via the internet when you provide the correct login credentials. The new cruise will appear in MC App after a day or two when the data is sync'd from the reservation system (POLAR). Some have reported it takes a while for some old voyages to disappear. LRDR01 Posted October 19, 2021 #3 Share Posted October 19, 2021 To get to your new cruise booked, you should be able to click on your avatar on the top left corner of your home page on the Medallion app. On the left hand side of the new screen that opens (in blue under My Journeys) should be the cruises that you have booked. Just touch on the one that you want to look at, then close the page by the X at the top right corner.
