No ramos gin fizz but to be fair I only asked on the second to last day at Good Spirits. Maybe if you asked on day one they would have someone get the egg whites to have on hand. They had this one drink that we ordered every day called a Yucatan, oh man it was delish! It had serrano pepper, watermelon cubes, reposado tequila, lime juice, agave syrup & rimmed with volcanic black salt....if only i had one now!
