Amber Cove: Taxi to Sosua beach?

Has anyone recently taken a taxi from AC to Sosua Beach.  Wondering how much it would be and how long it would take.  TIA

Following as well.  We'll be there in December (Celebrity Constellation, Dec 2 sailing), were thinking about going to Playa Sosua.  Google Maps says that it's about a 1 hr drive, though, and we're in port for 7hrs, might be a bit rushed, when you have to get off the ship, get on the ship, find a taxi, etc.
